We do not store your card numbers or banking credentials; payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.
• Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type, operating system, and app version, to help us deliver and improve our service.

• To create and maintain your account, verify your identity, and secure your login.
• To provide course content, quizzes, mock exams, and personalized study analytics.
• To process and verify payments and activate access to paid content.

• Delete your account: you can delete your account permanently at any time from our account deletion page or from the Super100 app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your profile, course access, and study data. Financial records may be retained to comply with accounting and legal obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When the retention period ends, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for students aged 13 and above who are preparing for medical entrance examinations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how your information is being protected.
